BEACHWOOD, OHIO—February 12, 2009—Cohesant Inc. (Pink Sheets: COHY)  (“Cohesant”) announced the promotion of Mr. Sanjiv Gupta to Director of CuraFlo Operations. In this newly created role, Mr. Gupta will have overall responsibility for managing the capacity and resources for CuraFlo Services Inc. (excluding CuraFlo Spincast) in the US, as well as continue to serve as General Manager of Cohesant’s wholly-owned Canadian subsidiary, CuraFlo of British Columbia, Ltd (“CBC”).  Mr. Gupta will be based in Vancouver.
 
Mr. Gupta earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Punjabi University and has worked in various capacities for CBC since joining the company in 1998.

“Sanjiv’s skill and experience in leading our successful CBC business over the last few years has earned him this promotion,” commented Brian LeMaire, President of CuraFlo Services Inc.  Mr. LeMaire added, “Sanjiv’s knowledge of our processes is second to none, and with the additional responsibilities, we can take advantage of that knowledge to grow CuraFlo Services in the U.S.”
