Morris H. Wheeler Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Morris Wheeler has been a Director of the Company since 1996 and Chief Executive Officer and President since January 2002.   In June 2004 Mr. Wheeler became Acting President of GCI. In 1999, Mr. Wheeler founded Drummond Road LLC, an investment management company involved in the management of the venture capital portfolio of Clarion Capital Corporation (“Clarion”).  Prior to founding Drummond Road, from April 1998 to June 1999, Mr. Wheeler was a founder and the Chief Executive Officer of sputnik7.com, an Internet media company, which won a Webby for Music Entertainment.   Mr. Wheeler holds a degree in economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a J.D. from the Yale Law School.
		Robert W. Pawlak Executive Vice President, Finance and Chief Finance Officer, Acting President Raven Lining Systems Robert Pawlak has been Vice President-Finance and Chief Financial Officer of the Company since June 1998, Secretary of the Company since June 1997 and Controller of the Company since October 1996.  Mr. Pawlak held various accounting positions for GCI since March 1994.
		Brian LeMaire Senior Vice President, Chairman and Founder CuraFlo Brian LeMaire served as CuraFlo's President from September 2006 to March 2009 after joining the Company through the CuraFlo Group acquisition. Prior to joining the Company Mr. LeMaire was president of CuraFlo Technologies from its inception and also served as the President of West Coast Pipe Restoration Ltd. from 1998-2005. Mr. LeMaire was the guiding force in developing both the CuraFlo Engineered Flow Lining System and in designing the first CuraFlo dealership network.
		Steve Goden Senior Vice President, Administration Steve Goden was named Senior Vice President of Administration in February 2008. Mr. Goden joined Cohesant in March 2005, to significantly improve the organization’s Information Technology systems capabilities and develop its formal strategic planning process. He also was a key member of Cohesant’s business development team that successfully completed the acquisition of CuraFlo in August 2005 and Triton Insitutech in September 2006. Prior to Cohesant, Mr. Goden served as IT Controller for Cole National Corporation from 2001-2005, and as Vice President of Finance & Administration for NewMedia from 1998-2000. He previously served as Chief Financial & Administrative Officer of Premier Travel Partners from 1991-1997. Mr. Goden spent the first ten years of his business career at Progressive Corporation, where from 1980-1990 he held a variety of management positions.
		Jack Prause Vice President, President CuraFlo Mr. Prause was named to the position of President in December 2009 after becoming Chief Operating Officer of CuraFlo in March 2009. He joined CuraFlo as Vice President of CuraFlo Franchising in December 2008. He was a co-founder of American Hot Rod Racer an experience-based retail start-up from August 2007 through September 2008. From March 2002 through August 2007 he held various executive positions at The American Red Cross’ Blood Services business, including CEO of the Heart of America blood region covering Illinois, Iowa and Missouri. Mr. Prause has prior experience as a management consultant with Bain Capital and Mercer Management Consulting and as an operations manager with International Paper Company.
		Bruce Glick Vice President, Online Services Mr. Glick has been Vice President of Online Services since December 2006.  He also served as a Vice President of Cohesant since February 2008 and as Vice President of Online Services and Marketing for Cohesant Technologies from December 2006 to February 2008.  He was an Independent Consultant in Cleveland, Ohio from January 2003 to December 2006. In that role, from April 2006 to November 2006, he was engaged by Cohesant Technologies to develop and implement an enterprise wide strategy for online marketing. He served as President of Ultryx Inc. in Columbus, Ohio from September 2001 to December 2002.  Mr. Glick began his career at IBM where he held various technical, sales, and managment positions.  He later served as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young, and Sr. VP of Operations at New Media Inc.
		Dr. David Dunn Vice President, Research and Development Dr. David Dunn is a highly regarded Ph.D. in polymer chemistry who has served as our Vice President of Research and Development since February 2008.  He also served in that same position for Cohesant Technologies since September 2006.  Dr. Dunn was an independent consultant to Cohesant from February 2006 to September 2006.  He also has served as the President of FLD Enterprises, an Adhesives and Sealants Consultancy in Aurora, Ohio since January 1996.
