Epoxy Pipe Lining
 Epoxy Pipe Lining

CuraFlo’s® epoxy pipe lining technologies are safe, effective and proven "in situ" solutions that restore plumbing and piping systems without the cost, time and disruption of pipe replacement. With our proprietary system, we can restore water flow without tearing out walls or excavating. And epoxy lining delivers benefits that repiping cannot.

  • More durable than copper pipe, with a lifespan of 40 – 60 years
  • Safer for drinking water than unlined metal or cement pipes
  • Less mess, cost and time than pipe replacement
  • Eliminates corrosion that leads to blocked and leaky pipes

For more than 40 years, epoxy lining has been trusted by utilities, municipalities and private industry. And, CuraFlo epoxy meets the stringent ANSI/NSF Standard 61 for drinking water safety as well.

 How It Works

CuraFlo’s certified professionals use specially designed equipment and proven, proprietary processes to clean and then line the inside surface of pipes with a safe, durable epoxy lining. The process of applying our epoxy pipe lining is as follows:

  1. First, the pipes are dried.
  2. Then the pipes are cleaned, removing corrosion and other buildup that can impede water flow and affect water quality.
  3. Finally, an odorless, tasteless and safe epoxy is applied.  It becomes a permanent barrier, protecting against future pipe leaks and corrosion.

 Two Technologies: One Solution

CuraFlo offers two different technologies to restore your pipes:

Avoid a Flood with CuraFlo Epoxy Pipe Lining
The CuraFlo Engineered Flow Lining System®  -- for copper or galvanized pipes that are ½” to 4” in diameter. Typically, these are the hot or cold water pipes carrying water throughout a building. Click here to see a demonstration of this process.

Avoid a Drought with CuraFlo Spincast System
The CuraFlo Spincast System™ -- for metal or cement pipes that are 3” – 36” in diameter. These are often water mains that run underground to feed homes, buildings and fire hydrants. Click here to see a demonstration of this process.
